Terms And Condition

This agreement constitutes a binding agreement between you and Flight Level LTD. Please check all details and ensure you have read and understand the conditions of acceptance before enrolling the course.

1. Flight Training Provide by Flight Level
   All study material rights are reserved, sharing accounts or sharing, updating any study material to the internet is prohibited; Flight Level LTD will retain the right to pursue.
2. Simulation Section
   Simulator training sections are scheduled, Students must make a booking 2 days ahead via Flight Level LTD online system, booking can be rescheduled 48 hours before the training initial via flight level online system, a 200HKD reschedule fee will be charged within 48 hour of the simulator section initial.
   - Absence of simulator training sections are not refundable and can not be rescheduled.
   - Flight Level LTD will retain the right to pursue, if a student deliberately damages the simulator.
3. Course Fees
   The total course cost is made up of online tuition Fee, simulator training fees and additional course costs.
4. Fees and Costs Policy
   - Students are expected to make a full payment before the course initial. Flight Level LTD will only accept the Tuition Payment either at the time of or following acceptance of the Student Course Agreement.
   - Tuition fees are payable on the date specified in the invoice provided to the student. Tuition fees are valid for the period of the course as stated in this Agreement.
   - Fees paid to Flight Level LTD. are not transferable to another student.
   - Non-payment of fees or costs at the required time will mean that the student cannot commence or progress through our course until such time as payment is made. Non-payment may result in student default and cancellation of the student’s course.
5. Refunds
   All applications for refund must be made in writing form and submitted to the Chief Flight Instructor (Samuel Mak) . (Any requirements please contact Flight Level LTD office).
   - Flight Level LTD. agrees to refund all fees (including any tuition fees) without deduction, within 14 days of a student’s application for enrolment being refused by Flight Level LTD.
   - Flight Level LTD agrees to refund all pre-paid course fees without deduction within 14 days where Flight Level LTD cancels the course prior to the course commencing or where the commencement of the course is postponed and no longer suitable to the student.
   - Payment of a refund application by Flight Level LTD to the student will cancel a student’s enrolment.
   - The following is an indicative list only with items that may be eligible for a refund, if they have not already been provided to the student, and upon the withdrawal request being received. Flight Level LTD would determine the amount refundable and provide the full details to the student.

   - The student may not claim a refund of tuition fees that were allocated to theory or simulator training which the student has undertaken.
